Can someone give me some advice regarding my food journal?
At a quick glance you are eating too much fruit. Eat one piece a day only because fruit contains too much sugar. Your body will use your fruit for energy instead of burning fat. I eat cucumber carrots & large gherkins for snacks.

HEAD IS SPINNING !!!!!
Try breaking your routine with exercise, my wife does too much cardio (runs with friends) and as a result theres not enough lean muscle mass to help burn fat...So she hits a wall or puts on weight quickly if she stops running even for small periods.

I train mostly in the gym doing HIIT and weight training 3 or 4 times a week, I keep my weight under control & can even cut down when I intermittent fast.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Since starting my intermittent fasting regime 3 days ago first thing in the morning to see if it is working.
