I really need to work on eating breakfast. I tend to rush out of the house in the morning (and get to work a half an hour early). Tonight I am going to try putting something together and putting it in a back on the table so I will grab it. I think I will do a baggie of Cheerios some fruit, and I really need to stop and get some of the Power Bars that I like, but if I don't maybe I can grab some cottage cheese in the morning.

I got to work today and here I am 3 days into trying to change some habits and my boss brings in her husbands left over birthday cake and could I resist...NO. Damn it, but change does not happen over night so I am sure that this is going to happen again. I did, however, limit myself to one piece, and for me that is BIG. I guess I cannot get a way from the Feeders. I found myself thinking as I was eating, I am going to have to write this in my food diary and everyone is going to see. That could be a good deterrent for me. So I invite you all to Read my Food Diary (but don't be too harsh I wear my heart on my sleeve).

I walked with Rosemary again today and she is still KICKING MY ASS, She is a dietitian by trade so I really use her as a resource. The best part is she is really nice about it, like today we walked through a local park and at one point you can either go to a hill and walk that or you can go through a part of the park and do some steps (okay not some, a bunch) and she gave me the option...I am proud to report I did the steps.

Okay that is enough for today. I should get back to work.
