I am a stay at home mom of 3. I will be preschooling all of them next year, the twins their 2nd year of preschool and my son his first. I am really excited to do it again! My best friend is my husband! I have an older daughter and a grandson! My life is very busy! We have been very blessed!

Looking for Protein?!?!?!
I do Herbalife and it is replacing 2 meals a day with a shake and then 2 high protein snacks (boiled eggs, string cheese, yogurt, etc.) Then a healthy meal, I usually do Chicken, salad and cottage Cheese or Turkey, or Fish as the main course. The shakes I add extra protein powder and they are really good, you can do them on the go or you can make them at home with recipes to spice them up. We also have a drink that is 70 Calories that has 15 grams of protein that is used for a snack and it is a good filler and gives you energy. Let me know if you would like anymore information!
