Married for 25 years, 2 grown up children. Love cooking and eating! Hate exercise but trying the NHS couch to 5k podcast.
I have lost weight a few times over the years but it always goes back on.
I usually eat very healthy home cooked food but lots and lots of it. I am greedy! I don't know when to stop.
Looking forward to making permanent changes.
