Married for 25 years, 2 grown up children. Love cooking and eating! Hate exercise but trying the NHS couch to 5k podcast.

I have lost weight a few times over the years but it always goes back on.

I usually eat very healthy home cooked food but lots and lots of it. I am greedy! I don't know when to stop.
Looking forward to making permanent changes.

Too Big
Don't be put off by not being able to exercise yet, you can move with out it being real exercise. Any tiny thing you do that you did not do before is a start. Walk to your garden gate and back again, do this 4 times in the day. Move from foot to foot as you are cooking or doing the washing up. It all sounds really tiny but can add up. Just be psoitive - dont start what I think is probabbly going to be one of the hardest things you have ever done with an 'I can't' Find some buddies (you can add me if you want) that really helps! Good luck - you can do it!
