How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I do it every day because if I don't I lose interest. In a few weeks I'm not watching what I'm eating at all. I also find it fun to do. I need to keep my mind involved I like the mental challenge of losing weight and staying fit. It's harder for me now at 65, but that makes it even more exciting. I want to understand why drinking water more burns more fat? Or does it? I also like keeping a diet diary. It really helps to keep from getting discouraged.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every day in the morning with no clothing. Also use scale that gives BMI hydration, body fat, as well as bone mass.
