Have you guys thought of changing up your workout and the foods you are eating? I always hear trainers at gyms saying change the workout to get an edge on your metabolism maybe it works the same with different types of food and the way you eat them. Analyze how you have been eating(3 meals, snacking, 1 big meal, etc) and try the opposite. It may just be what gives you metabolism that final kick.

Looking for fitness and health buddy, weight loss is secondary
Hello, I am a 20 year old organic female that is zuper passionate about exercise. I love it! Right now I am as employed as an exotic dancer and play tennis, swim, run, bike, and lift weights on the side. All and all, I cannot help but be passionate about moving my body and would love to be buddies with someone who shares the same interest.
