So ANNOYED! I worked hard all week and the scale does not reflect my efforts. I still don't understand how I can GAIN weight while eating fewer calories ...

Sticking to 1500 calories per day and working out 6 days per week. No crazy diet plan, just as healthy as I can manage and 1500 calories per day.
