I technically started eating better (hate the word diet) on Thursday Dec 27, 2012. The following is what I have been eating on a daily basis:

Breakfast-6:30 am- 1 8oz Vitamin Shoppe whey protein chocolate drink
9 am - 1 Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt (fruit varies), with a handful of either Cracklin Oat Bran or Kashi Go Lean honey and oats cereal

Lunch- Noon - 1 Microwave bowl of Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup (container states 2 servings, I eat the entire container)

Snack - 2-3pm - handfull of baby carrots, handful cherry tomatoes, 3 to 4 four inch pieces of celery.

Dinner - 6-7pm Generally 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, with a veggie of sorts.

Drinks throughout the day- 1 cup of coffee in the morning, 1 large cup hot Bigelow green tea, water. Very rarely will I have soda, maybe 4 times per month.

2 years ago I lost 25lbs., went from 155 to 130. I was so happy! But I was also a stay at home mom, had all the time in the world to walk my 3 miles 3 times a week, and workout for 45 minutes 2 times per week. I went back to work in August of 2011, and have slowly but surely packed that weight back on. My schedule is very busy now that I am back to work and constantly on the go with my 5 year old and 13 year old, not to mention my husband. By the time I get off work, take the kids to their activities, cook dinner, and get the kids off to bed, I'm ready for bed myself. I'm trying to get myself motivated to loose these extra pounds by May for our annual Islamorada anniversary trip. My husband doesn't really mind the extra pounds, but I do. Any advice on what I should or shouldn't do to help with my process is welcome! Thanks for listening!
