35 yr old male who loves to work out but hates to run. I hurt my back about a year and a half ago and put on quite a bit of fat in all the wrong places.(is there a right place of for fat though?) I recently deployed to Afghanistan for 6 months and figured 'what would be a better time to lose all that extra weight that I have put on'. Oh, I also want to become more of a runner but I cant stand it. Its probably the hardes thing I've tried to do. Wish me luck
