35 yr old male who loves to work out but hates to run. I hurt my back about a year and a half ago and put on quite a bit of fat in all the wrong places.(is there a right place of for fat though?) I recently deployed to Afghanistan for 6 months and figured 'what would be a better time to lose all that extra weight that I have put on'. Oh, I also want to become more of a runner but I cant stand it. Its probably the hardes thing I've tried to do. Wish me luck

Hello everyone. Im new to the site and would like to know how to add the weight loss ticker to my profile? I love the site and am currently on the atkins diet, and seeing pretty good results. Would just like to see the pounds get lower when ever I log in. Thanks guys.

Hello Everyone
Hello everyone, I just wanted to say hi and that I love what I see here so far. I have been consistently about 195lbs but would really like to get and stay at 170-175. I’m 5'8", so that would be an ideal weight for me. I have been on the Atkins for about a month now and have gotten down to 182lbs. I am currently fighting with that last 12 pounds. I really love the help and support that you give each other and look forward to benefiting from it. I hope to be a valuable member of this great community.
