I'm a 56 year old mid-west mom, wife and grandma, and have been overweight most of my adult life (like a lot of others.) Love food and tend to be a stress eater, so job, kids, hubby, life itself always present opportunities to stress out and overeat. I could always lose 10 - 30 lbs. and then quickly put it back on. It's time to take control of things.
Goals - to be under 200 lbs. again. UPDATE - met goal Feb. 2014.
To level out at about 170. UPDATE - met goal Oct. 2014.
To finally make it down to 150??
