33 year old women who is a mother of two busy boy, and military wife. I have gained 30-40 pounds after having an epidural that cause me to need painkillers and physical therapy due to child birth. 3 years later I'm able to become active without headaches, and I not only want to loss weight , I also want to gain muscle and eventually compete in Physique competition.
