I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm trying to eat better, but I'm still overeating. I've cut out fast food and soda completely and I only have one cup of coffee every day. I honeslty know nothing about proper nutrition and I'm not finding the motivation to exercise. I tell myself everyday that I'm going to go home and get on the stair stepper in the gym of my apartment complex; I get home and I have no desire to even think about exercise. I'm getting an xbox and a kinect within the next month. I've done the dancing games (just dance 3, michael jackson) before and I loved them. I want to use the games as my exercise routine because they are so fun and it doesn't feel like exercising. I only have 35ish pounds to lose, I know I can do this, I just need to be motivated all the time. Help!!!

Welp, I used this app over a year ago to try to lose weight. Unfortunately, I overloaded myself with a crash diet that did no good. So I'm trying again to lose weight, but this time I'm making an entire lifestyle change. :) I need to lose 35 pounds to be at a healthy weight for my size and height. I want to be healthy on the inside as well as feel good about how I look on the outside.
