Help Fibromylagia Sufferer
Thanks Glaun xx I have tried the different diets before and they didn't help much plus on a tight budget it is just impossible to stick to it with all the stuff you should be avoiding that are actually budget staple food!

Help Fibromylagia Sufferer
I am trying my hardest to loose weight but I suffer from Fibromyalgia and ME so exercising is difficult to be able to do due to energy levels.
I have reduced my calorie intake but the thought of exercising just drains me! I LOVE to swim but to actually get to the pool is difficult for me as I don't drive so am dependent on my friend taking her kids there for a lift!! I have wiifit with the board and I am trying to get it out more but I just don't have the motivatio.
I have put on so much weight this year it just seems to have piled on and I am struggling even more with my health (possibly due to the weight gain!?) I am on medication that possibly increased weight but I am not sure it is this as I stopped the meds for a little while and didn't loose any weight so have had to go back on it.
Any motivational tips would be great and any ideas as to what I could do without needing to gear up for it. I am not allowed to jog/run due to knee, hip and foot problems.

Well done 6lbs is fab
Can I ask your secret please? I have only maintained my weight over this week of counting calories instead of just eating what I want, instead of loosing anything
I am gutted to be honest!
