Dump the bread!
Last fall I began a slow weight gain that was at first surprising, since my diet had not changed significantly. Between the months of October and February, I gained about 13 to 15 pounds. Then in late March of this year I decided to delete the bread from my lunch sandwiches and see what happened. Lo and behold, over the next three months, I shed the weight and just last week hit my goal weight again. Some of us are particularly sensitive to carbohydrate intake, and some of us within this group are particularly sensitive to carbs in the form of bread. I must fall into this category.

If you have been frustrated to take the pounds off and have been within your normal parameters of fat/carb/protein consumption, try deleting bread from your diet and see what happens. It's worth a try. It worked for me.
