I did the HCG last Spring (2009) and lost from nearly 160 lbs to 117. Then over the holidays I gained up to 136. I haven't been very dedicated this time around and have basically lost nothing in 45 days on this cycle! I'm sick of the diet and bored with my food options. I'm not [color=indigo][color=indigo]terribly dissatisfied with my current weight, 131.2 is much better than nearly 160! But I would like to get back down to 117.

I will finish my HCG cycle at the end of this week, and will be going on the HCG Maintenance diet for 3 weeks after that to set my fat thermostat. Then I will be ready to look at something else. My hairdresser introduced me to this site, and she has been watching her carb intake. She said she was eating alot of them though, and I don't, being on the HCG diet and all - very little carbs...

I'm excited to look at my options on this website and find something that works for me. My husband is looking for something different, too.
