Well, after nearly 40 years of eating whatever I've wanted, I finally made a decision to do something about my weight, and shed some pounds. Married, with 2 kids, so time to workout isn't a luxury. It will have to be something that I MAKE a priority though, and I'm actually looking forward to seeing some results. Summer is coming, and I'm hoping by the time I turn 40 in August, that I'll be in the best shape of my life. Not lowest weight, but healthiest. Interested in sharing tips and stories with others that have similar goals.
