I'm 26 years old working in the video game industry. I've been big all my life, but since getting a desk job the weight has started to pile on. Recently I've joined a gym with a coworker and seriously re-evaluated my diet.
My goal is to drop at least 100 pounds in 6 months. Then, I'd like to finish up around 280 within a year.
(Also, a small note to anyone poking around my food journals: I eat 4-6 small 'meals' a day, I just group them together under breakfast, lunch, dinner. I don't actually sit down and eat all the food listed at once.)
