In August 2008 still after 18 months of my daughters birth, I weighed 200pounds, I am 5 feet so that weighed was way too unhealthy for me. After my son was born in June 2009 I decided it was time to take action. I used weight watchers and I lost 50 pounds, the other 24 pounds have melted through working out and changing my diet plan to all natural foods.
I still have 6 pounds to go but so far its am amazing feeling to go from a size 14 to a size 2.
I encourage all to stay strong and keep up the good work. This FS website is amazing, it helps me to push forward in a positive way. Thanks FS.

Thanks y'all, I just had this issue this weekend!! I ate fruit but that didn't help, I had a cup of oatmeal and it seemed to have done the trick.
