What is a decent total calories per day??!
I knew that you shouldn't go under 1000-1200Cals per day for health reasons. The best way is to have your base metabolism measured by a trained professional and take away about 500 - 700 Cal for weight loss.

stir fry
I love stir fry, but yes, it is a lot of work!!! Worth it in the end. I only use reduced salt soy sauce. Never heard of any other sauce. What alternatives are there??
