Craving Snacks
Around 2:30-3:00 pm I start to crave a snack. I don't know if it is because I am hungry or just need a pick-me-up. I keep an orange or tangerine in my fridge at work, slice it in half and eat it slowly. It takes care of the crave and vitamin C is a plus!

Cheat day or not??
I am in the same boat. I ate way too many fat calories today and not enough protein. I'm not a big fan of meat, but my dietitian advises me to eat it, so I'll get enough protein. Yesterday, I was way up on my protein because I had shrimp for lunch. I'm going to Zumba later on to see if I can burn off the fat that I've eaten today. I'm only 5 feet tall, so every pound shows like 5 on someone else. It's very frustrating.
