Married with 6 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Have let myself go over the years when it comes to weight. I really enjoy going to movies, reading and gardening. Love to spend time with family and grandchildren so would like to get in better shape so I will be around to see my grandchildren grow up. Would like travel more. Get stressed out easily so would like to get a handle on that.
