Went to the gym again today for 2 hours. Had a lot of fun. Burned about 300 calories. Had a lot of fun with my workout buddy!

Going to the gym in 30 minutes with a friend!!
I had too much to eat just this morning and very angry with my self. So I'll be working off those calories. Long day ahead of me
