Was overweight growing up. At my heaviest, senior year in HS I was 230 and size 20. I did weight watchers properly and lost 25lbs in 3 months (205lbs). Was able to maintain/lose a little through college - walking on campus, etc. Graudated at 195. Got engaged 6 months later, joined the gym, and loosely following WW and exercise I dropped another 15, bringing me to 180. Since the wedding, almost a year ago, I have not been watching as closely as I should, nor exercising. Current weight 187 (size 10/12) - want to get down to 165 to feel/look good and be at a much healthier weight before TTC.
