Was overweight growing up. At my heaviest, senior year in HS I was 230 and size 20. I did weight watchers properly and lost 25lbs in 3 months (205lbs). Was able to maintain/lose a little through college - walking on campus, etc. Graudated at 195. Got engaged 6 months later, joined the gym, and loosely following WW and exercise I dropped another 15, bringing me to 180. Since the wedding, almost a year ago, I have not been watching as closely as I should, nor exercising. Current weight 187 (size 10/12) - want to get down to 165 to feel/look good and be at a much healthier weight before TTC.

30 Day Shred - Any Feedback?
I have Comcast cable, and I get Jillian's level 1 and 2 for free on demand. Check and see if your cable provider offers it.

I've mainly been doing level 1 - at first it really kicked my a**! All you need is a set of hand weights. I feel stronger, but haven't really noticed a change in my weight or the way my clothes feel, but I just joined here, and it looks like I've been eating more calories than I realize.

It's a good workout for 20 minutes, and I'll usually hop on my elliptical machine for at least another 20 to make sure I'm burning enough cals.

Even if you have to buy it, it's not nearly as expensive as other videos, so I would say give it a try.
