i ate a cupcake and pasta for supper. i hate when i go over calories. I feel like such a failure and so weak. Just got to do better tomorrow

i am proud that i still stayed on track with my calories even though we had mcdonald's for supper last night :) hope i lose some weight by the time i weigh saturday
