At my heaviest I was 208lbs. My waist was at 38”. My body fat was 25%. It took me 9 months to get down to 155lbs and a 30” waist with 15% body fat. I utilized a ketonic diet. It consisted of high protein and low carbs. This resulted in great weight loss. However, my body developed an autoimmune response due to the high protein. Celiac/Colisc Disease, Seborraic Dermatitis and Palindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis. The interstitial inflammation caused a weight gain of 21 pounds on the scale. So, I switched to a plant based diet December 4th, 2017, after a lot of research and medical supervision. I started at 176lbs that day. This is my journey to my goal weight and optimal health.
