On my 28th birthday, I swore a solemn oath to the old gods of the north that I would not be overweight in my thirties. Goals are to lose fat, be around 15% bodyfat and honor my ancestors by looking like a strong, swole, warrior of old. I aim to get into powerlifting in a natural raw federation. I would also like to be able to run 5k 1-2 times a week as I enjoy it.
Outside of fitness I am a graduate student in education, avid homebrewer (conflicting hobby!), outdoorsy type, reader of history, philosophy, & linguistics, and aspiring guitarist.
