feeling hungry all the time !
You mentioned wanting to gain muscle. Eating right is just the fuel to help you gain. What exercises are you doing to help you gain will help to dictate how you should be eating? An example is I use to run long distance now I weight train. My diet when from high calorie, high carbs to fuel the distances I would run to a high protein, low carb to fuel muscle growth in the gym.
