Need recipies for South Beach breakfasts - I changed my screen name

So here I go again!
I lost 50 pounds on S.B. last year, and gained 60 pounds back again! Carbs, sugar and fat are like crack to me. I am an addict! I know this! If cookies were illegal, I'd have spent my life in Cell Block A.

So here we go again - another year and another go-round.
I am looking for better breakfast ideas.
I cannot tolerate fish or meat in the morning, and beans are out too...

I do like the breakfast spinach cups, but they are so small! They don't really sustain me.
Today I had 3 celery stalks with low sugar peanut butter, and 3 mini sausage links. It was great! Lasted me well to lunch time. But I know I cannot have sausage links every day.
Any ideas?
