Well, I know the deal - if I drink beer and wine and eat off plan (french fries, pita chips, breaded and fried chicken strips, crackers with my oysters, ketchup, etc)...I will GAIN. It's not hard to stay on plan...and hopefully I drink less on vodka/soda! No Crystal Light needed. It just had to be the way it is!!
