I am back at square one. I completely and utterly fell off the wagon, and I'm not afraid to admit that I hate myself for gaining all of this back. I finally graduated this summer with my AAS in Health Information Technology.. which took all of my dedication.

As of right now, I'm working on obtaining pre-req courses for my BS in Health Info. Management. But I'm tired of feeling like nothing. Yes, I am a mother and that gives me alot of joy during the day, but to not have the energy I once had is killing me. I don't want be stuck in this body any longer!

But I have a few obstacles ahead of me. The holiday season is ahead of me. Along with doing this on my own.. but with temptations EVERYWHERE (cheetos, baked goods...). But I'm dedicated to getting started. I should be having surgery on Thursday to rid my body of 2 wisdom teeth, and I'm hoping this will jump start my weight loss.. lol. yeah, surgery to jumpstart one's weight change, but I'll take anything right now.

I need to stock up on a few more things such as South Beach friendly veggies and meats, and get some recipes stocked in my arsenal.

Anyone want to be my weight-loss buddy? I need someone in their 280's to 290's.. either sex would be great.. Please and thank you!

Coming down, slowly but surely. I've been staying in the 1200-1500 calorie range, and doing cardio everyday, for 10-15 minutes everyday.. Just to get back into the swing of things. I've been doing pretty well on my sort of phase 1. It would be better if my mother didn't load up the house with yummy croissants and pan dulce AND ICECREAM...

I think I need to hit up the frozen aisle at Walmart, and pick up some sugar free pops.. maybe some orange cream ones too. It's not fair to watch them eat their icecream, and I only get jello. :(

I hate that no one really cares that they're putting all of this temptation in front of me.

Oh, and Owen's easter candy... I had a setback about 2 days ago. Cravings were hitting me badly, and I just couldn't stop myself from consuming some bunny corn and those marshmallow Brachs animals.. OH, and some of the chocolate bunny.. but that was only 1/4.

Yeah, by now, I could have had like 2 more pounds off of me.. but I'm okay with the weight it is right now. Still coming off, and getting back down. I'm on a mission to be at least 20 pounds lighter by my Graduation in August.

After weighing myself this morning, and going to bed last night knowing that I will NOT keep going up in weight..and I will get back on my "wagon"... and say goodbye to the sugar that has invaded this house... I'm up 4 pounds. That's a seven pound gain since my lowest.

So this morning, I put on my shoes and got the little one up, and we Marched to Fitness with Kathy for 12 minutes.. and I made a DAMN good breakfast. Who knew vegetarian sausage links could be so good? That mixed with a smoked gouda egg white omelet, and some V8, and I feel satisfied and amped up for the day.

Last night, I got my SparkPeople thing going. It seems like a great site. I like how the suggest menu items for you AND exercises.

Oh, and my son liked the veggie sausage links too. I can't believe that he's eating veggies and doesn't even know it..lol. 2-year-olds and picky eating.

I hope you all are doing better on your lifestyle changes than I am. But I'm going to take this one day at a time. I can not go back to 296.. I refuse to even go back to 273. I do think though some of it is water retention since yesterday's lovely ham, potato salad, and homemade baked beans... and some minor candy intake. But with my choices this week, and hopefully keeping the stress level down (thanks school!), I'll be able to get back down slowly and keep it off.
