I had gained a bunch of weight before and lost it by doing LA weight loss. Since then the centers have closed in my area. I met my husband about 5 years ago, and about 3 years ago I started to slowly put the weight back on. It might not by a lot of weight to some but on a small frame it really shows.

My goal to to get active again, follow the LA weight loss plan, and get back to a weight that I feel the healthiest at.
