I'm a mom of 2 boys and have been out of work since March 2012 and have gained about 10lbs being home and I'm unhappy about that. I am determined to not sabotage myself.

My goal is to get down to 120lbs by June 2013. My shorter term goal is to get to 135 by the end of January 2013. I'm doing 30- 45 minutes of treadmill time 6 days a week which includes 3 days of upper body toning with free weights and 1 day of leg/butt toning using my own body weight since my lower body is pretty good already. Abs just about every day. I'm petite so weight will show up pretty easily and has settled in my middle and I reeeally hate it.

I noticed being in my late 30's that losing weight doesn't come as easy as it did when I was in my 20's. So I'm determined to make that change.

1200 Calories and can't lose weight?
If you are only eating 1200 calories and then also exercising and burning 200 or more calories, you are then technically only taking in Less that 1200 calories a day as a woman which is then putting your body into starvation mode so your body holds onto the weight in an effort to survive. Increase your calories for the day and see if that helps.
