performance: losing 0.1 lb a week
I'm a mom of 2 boys and have been out of work since March 2012 and have gained about 10lbs being home and I'm unhappy about that. I am determined to not sabotage myself.
My goal is to get down to 120lbs by June 2013. My shorter term goal is to get to 135 by the end of January 2013. I'm doing 30- 45 minutes of treadmill time 6 days a week which includes 3 days of upper body toning with free weights and 1 day of leg/butt toning using my own body weight since my lower body is pretty good already. Abs just about every day. I'm petite so weight will show up pretty easily and has settled in my middle and I reeeally hate it.
I noticed being in my late 30's that losing weight doesn't come as easy as it did when I was in my 20's. So I'm determined to make that change.
