Well hello dieting community! My pen name is Miyth. I work full time as an administrative assistant. I have been struggling for a while now with loosing weight. I had a one time success back when I was 15, where I lost 20lbs and was at a healthy weight. Something happened (I'm sure you understand) and I gained it all back, and then I gained more, and more. I went from 140lbs to 248 in the last 5 years, and I'm not at all happy with it.
Something has to change, so I'm starting now.
