Today I didn't eat very well. In the morning, I was hungover, so I had a blue popsicle and lots of water. For lunch I had crackers with turkey and swiss. For dinner I had goldfish crackers and celery. And also wine. I was walking home from the grocery store when it started to storm and everything got soaked. So when I got home, I put on my jammies and went straight for the wine. The next step was the gold fish crackers. Then I only ate the celery cause it slid out of the bag onto the floor while I was putting stuff away, so I figured I might as well wash it. Then I figured I might as well cut it up. Then I figured I might as well eat some.

It's not like I ate too much... I just ate stuff that wasn't great for me. I shouldn't feel too bad about it, especially since I didn't have much food till I went to the store... but then when I got back from the store and I had food, I still didn't eat a proper meal and that's the problem. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

This morning I did 200 jumping jacks and 50 push ups. I did the same yesterday, but I don't think I recorded it. I also did some dancing today. I've been going to swing dancing on thursdays for the past three weeks and my footwork needs a lot more work. But dancing by myself is boring... I wish I could afford to go more than once a week. But I've been looking great and feeling stronger, so it's having an effect for sure.

I feel like my rdi level on here is maybe too high. Today I ate three meals plus snacks and didn't feel too hungry at all, but it was only 60% or so of my rdi. I was worried about going into "survival mode" or something, so I had a snack of brie and a roll. It was delicious, but I didn't think I needed it, especially at 9:00 at night. Maybe I felt like I didn't need as much food today because I slept late this morning?

I went grocery shopping today-- I went to c-town instead of key-food. Even though it's farther away, it has fresher fruits and veggies. Plus I don't buy as much junk because I have to walk a few extra blocks with it all. For dinner I made grilled chicken breast with fresh green beans... mmmmm....

I couldn't do as many push-ups as usual today because my abs were too sore. Good thing? Bad thing?
