New Exercise type
I made my default 8 hours sleeping, 8 hours sitting (work), 8 hours resting so that I can see my calories in vs. calories expended simply living my life.

best breakfast?
egg white omelette or frittata ... they sell 100% eggwhites at the grocery store .. add in as many veggies as you want. I usually throw in about 2-3 oz chicken breast also. Usually averages around 300 cals and beacuse its mianly protien, it leaves you full until lunch.
