300lbs at 20 years old NEEDS MOTIVATION
Cutting down your soda intake is a definite victory for you there. Good for you and way to go! All it takes really is a series of small lifestyle changes to change your whole life around. And by doing just what you have done with the soda is but one small step. But it's the small steps that add up over time to BIG achievements.
Keep your head up there. And rememeber it's ok to have a cheat day every-once-in-a-while. Just keep them to a minimum and keep the sweets intake to a minimum as well and don't feel guilty when you do. Let your cheat day be the day when you reward yourself for acheiving a goal you have set for yourself every week or two.
Hang in there and be strong. We are all pulling for you here!
