Calories out vs calories in
I met with a trainer/nutritionist and he told me I needed to eat 2900 calories PLUS any I burned exercising. I have eaten ALL day and I am still 1700 calories short. My brain tells me that I am eating way too much but all the information I can find shows that he is right.
I don't want to eat junk just to get the calories. Any thoughts or ideas?
