40 year old working mom of three who can't loose that baby weight and her baby will be five years old in June!!!!!

I have every diet book you can think of !The Zone, South Beach, Dr, Phill and many more! I find it hard to stay motivated and give in too easily to a great glass of wine or chocolate!

I have also tried WW and that too lasted a while until I got bored!
I know what to do butwant quick results!

I hope this sight will keep me motivated!!!!

Need a Buddy!!
I am in the same boat!! Can't seem to shake that last 10 15 pounds. I am weighing in 146-150 since Jan! What is going on ! I am also new here and not sure how to do the buddy thing???

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am losing interest instead of weight!!! I think I shoud give up sugar for a while I just can't.
