I'm feeling on TOP of the world today! I'm into my second week of eating much better & counting calories. My energy is higher & I'm sleeping better too:)With the "magic" of Kraft Fresh Takes to spice up my usual baked/grilled chicken, my taste buds are LOVING IT! Tonight I used the Southwest Three Cheese blend & it was super yummy with a small tortilla, lettuce, mustard & a few cherry tomatoes. It IS possible to eat well & ENJOY IT.

Ok, so I do NOT want to go to the gym tonight. BUT, I've heard that these kind of days when you don't want to go are the most
important
times to GO. So...I'm leaving in a few minutes. I might not have motivation, but I have
dedication
at this moment.

I've been getting back into a healthy routine this week & it's paying off. My scale shows that I'm down 4 lbs! Now, that sounds like a bit much to me, but I'll take that number & use it to further motivate me to be good this weekend. Yay, I'm turning this around:)
