Evil or Very Mad
I have finally found the motivation I need to give up chocolate, or at least control the amount that I eat. Seeing the nutritional data was a hugh shock when I allowed myself an imaginary chocolate bar equal in weight to my normal consumption in one sitting. My daily intake was sky high and as for the pie chart, the yellow segment was in charge of half of it. All I could think of, was what was happening inside my body and it scared me. I have started to think more carefully about my snack choices as this is where most of my calories come from. Suddenly, only having 18lb to lose doesn't seem such a dream and I can do this withou depriving myself because I love food.

Gino d'Campo brought out a small one a few years ago. It's brilliant and easy to clean. About £20

New found friend
I have only just discovered fatsecret & I love it. It is just what I have been looking for as I also have the app. on my phone which means I have no excuse for not noting anything I eat/drink. I have carried on eating as normal and have been quite astounded by the amount of fat that I have been consuming. I think I always knew it would be high but to see it written down is a different story. Thank you fatsecret, you are my new friend & I shall be telling other people about you. Smile
