I am 27 years old. And I have some problems with weight because I had little activities while work in the office. Just 2 years, 2 winters - and I've got 20kgs of overweight. 100 kg is such a huge number. Normal weight for me is about 80 kgs. (I am tall enough - 1,82 metres).
So, I started to train (swimming pool + pilates + fast walking), got nutrition program from dietologist and followed it. As a result, I lost 7 kgs per October 2015. This is great success for me because previously I could not loose more than 3 kgs though I was riding becycle 20kms per day. So, dietologist helped me - it was main factor.
Currently I am going on the process of weigh loosing and will track diet and fitnesse activities using fatsecret service.
