Ugh! Is winter ever going to end!! Ohio has too much snow and ice!! Yesterday we spent most of the day in the dark. we live out in the country so for us if we have no power we have no water! The good thing is, is that we have a very well insulated house. And we were able to stay very warm by simply turning on a couple of burners on the stove. Which is surprising. We have a small house but its not that small that you would think a stove could keep you warm! At least the power came on before the sun went down.

Now today we are working on unearthing the truck and clearing out the driveway to we can go and get water. (where we live we have to haul in our water, the well isn't very good and city water will finally be run through here this summer). Always somthing around here!!

At least now my period is finally over, so I won't feel like eating everything in sight anymore!!!

Oh how I miss my treadmill!! It has been several weeks now since the belt broke on it. (I have a very old one) I am really hoping that I can buy a new one with some of tax money. The treadmill is good for days like these. When I want to workout but I don't have the energy to do so. And walking helps me to think.

It is not even 12:30 and my kids already have me stressed out!! They both started as soon as their feet hit the floor. I was going to leave and find something for all of us to do but with the way they are acting I hate to inflict that on the public!!

They are settled for the moment because my daughter is watching Hannah Montana and my son is playing with his trucks, but we will see how long the peace will last.

Then again maybe doing the bootcamp workout with the biggest loser will help get out my aggressions!! We will see. I've already lost my temper once today and so far I have been better, they have been disaplined but I have kept my cool, I just went in my room and screamed into a pillow for a few seconds and then got on here to vent!!

Kids gotta love 'em !!! :)

I haven't been very good in journaling my food and exercise here online, but I am doing it in my book everyday. Sometimes my dial up is just to slow.

Today I got in a really good workout. Saturday I went to the library and picked up the biggest loser workout. And I made it throught 65 minutes. I am very proud to note that my push-ups are getting better. And my shoulder isn't bothering me as much anymore. So maybe it is getting stronger. I am still doing push-ups on my knees with my feet crossed. But I am actually going up and down, not some pathetic move that isn't doing anything. And...I made it through a whole 30 seconds of Fast jumping jacks. That is already an improvment from last week, but I was very slow and was lucky I made it 20 seconds! I think I am going to use this dvd while I have it this week and then go back to my 30 day shred with Jillian dvd I own. Just to keep it from getting boring!!

Anyone looking for a great workout, pick up any dvd from the biggest loser. Just be ready to sweat and to work!!!
