I have no motivation. I don't know what is going on with me. I haven't worked out for over 2 weeks now. And I haven't been watching my calories. And the scale is really showing it. I tell myself to get moving but it's not working. We should be getting our tax money soon and when its in the bank I will be buying a new treadmill and I've been telling myself that this will get me motivated again! But I haven't had a treadmill for several months now and I WAS still working out to dvd's. So I'm hoping to find my motivation again.
It just goes to show that once you lose focus and stop doing what you are suppose to the weight will come back!!!!!

Well I knew that the scale would move up today. But it wasn't to bad. Yesterday it said 183.8. And that was awesome! But I knew today would be up. It said 184.0 :) Not to bad. I will take it!! For now!!! LOL!!

Well hello everyone! Just another cold and wonderful day here in Ohio!!
The scale was my friend this morning. It went down another pound. But knowing the way the scale works for me I am not going to record it just yet. I want to wait and see if it stay there first!

Well the scale has finally decided to go down. For awhile there I was wondering if it was broken. 185 seemed to be my number! Well lets see if it will keep going down now.
I didn't make my Jan. goal of 4 pounds lost but I did lose 2 pounds and 2 inches overall. So I am happy with that!!
