Okay so I've completely fallen off of the wagon. My eating isn't bad but I've stopped using my food journal. I don't know why but I have lost my motivation. Over the weekend I thought I had it back. But so far I have not started working out again.
Saturday I was able to take a little bit of money and go buy some new clothes. And the most amazing part of it was that all of the clothes I bought (and no it wasn't alot) was all out of the plus sizes. Nothing had a W after it. That was so awesome and I was so excited. I thought that would get me moving again. I have been busy but not workout busy. I have to get back on track. But I just dn't know how. It's nothing unusual for me to get off track with my journaling but my workouts havn't been bad. Even on a bad week I would at least workout twice. Now I haven't workouted out since Janurary. And I am so tired all of the time again. So I know that is why. I don't know I guess I will get there again sometime soon.

I have no motivation. I don't know what is going on with me. I haven't worked out for over 2 weeks now. And I haven't been watching my calories. And the scale is really showing it. I tell myself to get moving but it's not working. We should be getting our tax money soon and when its in the bank I will be buying a new treadmill and I've been telling myself that this will get me motivated again! But I haven't had a treadmill for several months now and I WAS still working out to dvd's. So I'm hoping to find my motivation again.
It just goes to show that once you lose focus and stop doing what you are suppose to the weight will come back!!!!!

Well I knew that the scale would move up today. But it wasn't to bad. Yesterday it said 183.8. And that was awesome! But I knew today would be up. It said 184.0 :) Not to bad. I will take it!! For now!!! LOL!!
