I am in my twenty's and I have been struggling with weight loss since I quit cheer leading in High School. I was up to 183 lbs. my senior year of high school and I am currently around 150 give or take a few and a size 8/10. My ultimate goal is to reach and maintain 130 lbs. or an all-round, perfect size 6 by December 2012. I struggle mostly with consistency over a long period of time so my weight fluctuates too much. I am working on building healthy habit to turn into a life style I can adopt.
