Before and After, anyone?
Here is some progress pics of my journey, I am new to posting, but I am a long time lurker Just finally building up the confidence to show people the progress I've made. Even though I haven't made my first goal weight yet, I still want to share!





I hope to hit close to my ultimate goal by my 21st birthday in October!

I mash up some avocado, with a little lime juice, stir in some cooked black beans and put it on a slice of wheat toast, and top with cracked black pepper and a little salt. One of my favorites! Fills me up, its not unhealthy, sometimes I'll even have it for breakfast if I'm running late

Blogilates is a great website, they have a youtube channel which is linked somewhere on their main page. I just started following these, so far, I love it!
