For the last 15 years I've averaged 220-240 lbs, and at 6'2" that is apparently pretty over weight, in the last 6 years 'love handles' (the tire) has appeared.
I'm sick of being embarressed when my shirt creeps up over my gut and not being able to take off my shirt at the beach. So I'm doing the opposite of most people and trying to change my diet going into the 'off' season (Autumn/Winter). That way I have time to actually develop my body after loosing the chub.
I'm rather accustomed to eating and drinking pretty much any damn thing I want, which will need to be curtailed into a more productive and moderated habit/routine.
Things can only get worse if I continue my current route, may as well give this a whirl.
