So I have never really had to diet, since hitting 52 suddenly I am finding it difficult to keep my weight down. I do alt of sitting in my current job also. The combined factors find me in unfamiliar territory. Any advice is welcome.
I am trying to just eat healthy quit white foods and sugar. Add exercise. Fortunately spring is almost here and I will be able to cycle and burn some calories.
