Too many years of poor eating habits, but being active with ice hockey has always help to either maintain or at the very least keep weight gain to a minimum.
But last few years have been in a new city and a job with early mornings and a long commute. Add in we have children growing up fast that are in a lot of activities which require us forever taking them to arena's, gyms, pools, etc.... the end result is a minimal amount of ice time for me and a gradual increase in pant sizes...
But now its time.
Time to look and move forward.
Time to learn good healthy eating habits.
Time to incorporate an active lifestyle.
Time to find the time.
Damn.. my high scores in Angry Bird's & Bejeweled Blitz are going to suffer because of this.... lol.
