I am a 35 year old mommy of three. I am not hugely overweight but am getting to the age where everything is getting harder to maintain. About 5 years ago I had reached 155 lbs and realized my body was at a tipping point and I needed to make better choices. I have arthritis in my knees and feel great at about 120. I realized I had no energy and my fat was starting to get in the way of doing athletic activities. I lost 25 lbs pretty quick using Atkins then in the last 2 years or so slowly put the weight back on. I lost 15 lbs doing the P90X workouts last summer and then promptly put that back on. It's time to get back on track for life before things get out of control. I feel great and have lots of energy on Atkins although I am not a big meat or fat eater, so I started that back up and will also begin incorporating a workout routine again. When I get old I want to be super active (and hot :) So my fabulous husband and I can continue to enjoy new experiences together for the rest of our lives!

I did not eat bred on my sandwich for lunch but was too lazy to put everything in separate. I will need to find out how many carbs are in the bread later ...

No Coffee, Alcohol or soda till Easter! Also exited to start my P90X again! Was super bummed that I've been sick and couldn't start, but it will work ...
